SUMMER CAMP ages 6-12
- Summer camp is for kids ages 6-12 and runs weekdays from 9 am - 11 am July and August. Kids will participate in a variety of yoga classes including aerial yoga, TRX, vinyasa flow, yoga sculpt, ashtanga as well as educational programs including nutrition, Ayurveda and the doshas, crystals and minerals and more. Early Bird registration is happening now thorough June 15, 2017. $300 for unlimited summer NOW JUST $250
POWER OF YOGA for YOUNG ADULTS
- Join HARD yoga in this 4 week program designed to educate and encourage young adults in the vast world of yoga and it's philosophies. Each week young adults will be taught various asanas such as vinyasa flow, ashtanga, sculpt, aerial, hot yoga, and more. To accompany these physical practices are workshops with guest teachers to discuss sports nutrition, stress management, meditation, holistic living and essential oils,personal energy balancing and more to assist in the daily challenges of their lives. This course runs 4 weeks / Class times are TUE & THU 12:30 - 3:00 p.m.

CAMPS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING LESSONS:
a unique and extrodinarily fun class for all. Aerial silks are used to support and cradle the body to allow anti gravity release to tight muscles, injuries, and strength building, fun and flying movements that aerial is known for and is also hng independently for acrobatics, deep stretching, inversions, tricks and more.
Youth barre teaches young bodies the skill of ballet with accents from yoga and pilates to help build strength and improve flexibility.
Youth T.R.X. teaches young bodies how to properly strength condition usuing their own body weight and natural movements to build strength, flexibilty and confidence
teaches the improtance and literal truth that you are what you eat. You may be surprised when your youth suddenly begins to care what they eat. The truth about their favorite foods may have them thinking twice.
