Nutrition is not a secret that is reserved for the elite athlete, or spread through secret diets and trends at the gym. Nutrition is not about proteins, carbs, and fats. It is not about calories in vs. calories out. Nutrition is not about monitoring your calories, your cardio and your reps and sets. Nutrition is simply how you fuel your body (cells) to keep yourself alive. Precisely what you put in your mouth is esentially your cells, literally. The quality of the cell you get is 100% dependent upon the quality (nutritional quality) of the fuel going in.

In the middle of course is a ton of information, opinions, facts, data, studies, and so on. I have witnessed first hand many of these trends and I have applied others myself. I continue to study nutrition and investigate it as thoroughly. What I do know is that we as consumers are being mislead, lied, and poisoned by our food supply.

And it is everywhere.

What should I eat? You should start by eating FOOD. Not food loaded with additives, preservatives, fungacides, herbacides, pesticides, hormones, puss (as in infection), blood, artificial colors, artificial flavors, artificial sweetners, and highly processed foods (which likely contain 1-12). Next notice your symtoms and weight gain begin to reverse.

When you look more specifically at factors such as your blood type, your ayurvedic dosha (energy) combination, your lifestyle and physical output, your stress and emotional release and or build up, and so on, these all combine to create an individualized nutritional profile designed to get and/or maintain you at the most OPTIMAL HEALTH POSSIBLE.
